Regulatory Compliance

At Alkanes-Diaplous Ltd, absolute compliance to the statutory industry requirements is non-negotiable. We maintain high compliance standards always. This comes from our understanding of the importance of set standards within the service segment of the offshore Oil & Gas space.

Certificates and Licenses

We are a duly registered Offshore Support and Maritime Security Company. We own and operate a couple of Marine Assets with full Document of Compliance (DOC) from the Bureau Veritas (BV). In Nigeria we have all the necessary compliance documents needed to operate in the industry such as:

  • Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) various licenses and permits.
  • Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC) permits. Nigeria Security & Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) License.
  • Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Nigerian Navy as a Private Maritime Security Company (PMSC).
  • Nigerian Content Development Monitoring Board (NCDMB) registration and categorization as an AA Rated Company. Registered member of NIPEX
  • Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) license and agents to Integrated Logistics Facilities & Services (INTELS) and thus can assist with Oilfield transit and supply base solutions in and around INTELS ports in Nigeria.
  • We are ISO Certified on the following standards: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 28000/28001 and 18788
  • We are certified by Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) as a Recognized Security Organization (RSO).
  • We have National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) permits for our Vessels
